A person with a disability who is accompanied by a support person will be allowed to have that person accompany them on our premises.

Staff whose position requires them to interact with the public is required to successfully complete the online training courses entitled Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities. Further, they are required to take a person’s disability into account when communicating with them, allow their service animal or support person to accompany them, and use whatever assistive devices they may have with them.
In the event of a temporary disruption in facilities/services that people with disabilities usually use to access our dealership, a notice advising the public of same will be posted on the front doors of the building and all efforts will be made to provide assistance to the person.
