How often should I bring my vehicle in for scheduled maintenance?
We recommend checking your specific vehicle owner manual as intervals vary by model and driving conditions. Generally a standard oil change and inspection should occur every 8,000 to 12,000 kilometers.
Do you use genuine OEM parts for repairs?
Yes. Our team uses genuine OEM Ford parts to ensure fit, performance, and warranty compatibility whenever applicable.
Do you offer transportation while my car is being serviced?
We offer a complimentary shuttle and Uber service for our service customers. Please request this when booking your appointment so we can arrange your ride.
Do I need an appointment for an oil change?
Through our express service lanes no appointment is necessary for routine maintenance like oil changes and tire rotations. You can drop in at your convenience.
What is included in a multi point inspection?
A multi point inspection covers all major vehicle systems. Our technicians check fluid levels, tire tread depth, brake pad wear, battery health, and visible suspension components to ensure your vehicle is safe for the road.
Can I purchase and install new tires at your service centre?
Absolutely. We offer a comprehensive tire centre with competitive pricing on all major brands. We also provide professional installation, balancing, and seasonal tire storage.
