Schedule A Service

Dropping off

1. Touch Vehicle Check-In on the main screen.
2. Enter your cell phone number or email address and press Search.
3. Confirm your appointment details and press Next.
4. Deposit your keys as directed on-screen.
5. You will receive an email confirming your successful drop-off.

Picking up

1. If payment is required, use the Pay Now button in your service email. Skip this step if no payment is required.
2. Touch Vehicle Pick Up on the main screen.
3. Scan the QR code received by email.
4. Retrieve your keys from the lock box indicated on-screen.
